hard shifting?
« on: June 07, 2021, 01:14:54 PM »
Iíve had my 2013 Wolf for a few weeks now, gone a little over 100 miles on it and Iím enjoying the hell out of it, but Iíve noticed sometimes it doesnít want to shift, particularly into 5th but sometimes also 4th. I thought maybe it was a low fluid issue but from what I understand the gearbox and engine share the same oil(?) and that level is definitely fine. Anybody have any ideas on what the issue could be? Thanks in advance!

Welcome !!
I have a 2013 as well and am just coming up on 46,000Km on it.  How many miles on your 2013?
Yes, the shifting is a little "notchy" in the beginning, it gets better as time goes on.
Not sure what oil you are running in it but a lot of us here use 15W-40 diesel oil like Shell Rotella T4.
The bike only takes 1 quart (liter) so you might try that.
I change my oil at 2,000Km (1500miles), as the oil ages the first thing you notice is poorer shifting ....
Get your motor runnin' .. get out on the highway.
