Great question.
That ain't a bike that ever hit these shores, & I haven't run across a shop manual for it so I got nut'n...the interwebs lists a few different and conflicting ways.
I double checked my various manuals and nothing's particularly close...Probably do a web search, read a few and decide which way to go.
The methods are usually either run it easy for 600-1000 miles (960-1600ish km). Mileage varies by bike, or run it real hard up and down the revs for fewer miles/
The one thing I found consistent was don't run it at the same speed for long periods while breaking it in.
After both of the decided on periods change out the oil. check the valves and make sure nothing's rattled loose on the bike.
If your manual at least includes a maintenance schedule, I guess that might contain a clue or two about break in since, as noted above usually there will be a valve check, & oil change fairly early to get rid of the shavings from break in (regardless of method) then one more short one before going on the regular schedule.
Well guess it doesn't matter now cause I picked it up yesterday

Any advice on running in speeds, distance etc - the manual tells me nothing!
