Fiddle II 125 / FIDDLE II Vacuum hose

Does anyone know where this vacuum hose goes to?  I have attached a picture. It comes off the plastic shroud under the fuel filter area. I just found it dangling. It has a clamp on the other end so it must connect to something.  Thank you for any help!
