easy, put scooter onto main stand.
Then look on the side where the airfilter is, under around that area there should be a small bolt with washer. remove bolt. Have a pan ready for the oil to pour out. Onced opened oil will drain, once the flow slows tilt the bike a little to get the last bit out then replace bolt with washer. Topup oil through the dipstick hole and your done
