I just thought I would share since others have shared valuable knowledge about maintaining and repairing the SYM HD200.

First, I got tired of crawling on the floor trying to find the pigtail of the Battery Tender connector.  Then, I ran it out of one of the three oval openings.  I wasn't happy with the look of the pigtail sticking out. Sad  And, when I tucked it in, my big fingers had a tough time finding it.  So, I had to go crawling back on my knees finding it.  Angry  I wanted a method that I could easily plug in my Battery Tender Charger.

I saw this item and thought I would give it a try:

I think it works great. Grin  It is so much easier for me to hook up the Battery Tender charger.  Installation was relatively easy and straight forward.

I just put a 12V socket under the seat and use the 12V plug on the tender.
And the socket comes in handy.

Ranimal - great idea - thanks for posting.

I like the nice neat look of that. Think I'll look into one for the HD and one for my Silverwing.
