GTS 300i EVO overheating
« on: November 15, 2014, 11:00:19 PM »
Did an oil change a few days ago but overfilled with oil. It was driven for about 30 kms with too much oil in it then sucked some out. Now the bike starts up OK and drives perfectly for about ten kms then it starts to become sluggish and has very poor acceleration. After a journey of about 40 kms the coolant spurted out (not a lot) when the bike was parked and switched off.

All these symptoms started after chnaging the oil, has anyone any idea what might be wrong ?

Check the air filter - may be saturated with excess oil, causing engine to burn rich.
