Carrying a passenger
« on: June 12, 2014, 02:05:04 PM »
Hello all...new member/owner here.  My Mio shows up tomorrow...all black.  I am coming out of a 24 yr old Zuma, so it will be a pleasant upgrade.  My question is how well the Mio can carry a second passenger in a pinch as I like to take my wife for short trips in town.  Combined we are likely just under 300lbs.  Anyone?

Considering your experience . . just curious why you did not select at least a 125cc?

Licensing/registration here in CT...these 50cc bikes are much simpler.  Plus, my town is small and flat.

It's gonna be a slow and leisurely ride - hopefully no hills.
