Anyone have the exact sizes for oil seals/crush rings, etc?
« on: January 13, 2018, 07:02:11 PM »
I have the service manual for my 2016 HD 200 Evo, and it has lines saying to inspect/replace various o-rings and aluminum crush rings when changing the oil, gear oil, etc. But the exact sizes aren't listed.

My local shop sold me some honda parts that "should" fit, but not sure they're the exact same size as the originals.

At a minimum, looking for the oil drain o-ring and gear oil drain aluminum ring.

My online parts store has everything, but I need the sizes 16x24x4mm for example.

I haven't had to change any of that on either of mine, but if I did I'd probably just pay the terrible punishment from the dealer since it's easy and would give me something to measure.
That said I'm pretty sure most of that sort of thing on the HD would cross to the various GY6 knockoffs like my Kymco s200 did.
