Air adjusting screw
« on: April 07, 2017, 10:28:10 AM »
Can someone please clarify which way to turn the "air adjusting screw"?  Out/counter clockwise  = more fuel = richer, and In/clockwise = less fuel = leaner,   Is that correct?

I don't know.  I was reading this thread and member "turtle" said, in equals richer and out equals leaner.
I found that information here:

Play with the settings until the engine speeds up and runs smoothly then lower the idle speed
With the Center screw.

I've already done that, but I would still like to know which way is lean/rich.

Turn screw out for rich fuel mixture. Turn screw in for a leaner fuel mixture
( out = left turn , in = right turn )
Hope that helps
