Where are the Fiddle II 50 folks?
« on: August 10, 2009, 03:03:34 PM »
We need to get some Fiddle II 50 folks on here!  Anyway, while you are here, you might as well check out the Fiddle II 125 section.  There is some information there that may also apply to the Fiddle II 50.

Happy scootin'!

Welcome!  That's a beautiful bike, especially in the red.

If you purchased it from a SYM dealer in France, they should be able to derestrict it for you.  I know SYM USA sells an upgraded CDI box (computer), which supposedly helps performance.  There are a number of relatively easy, but not too costly performance modifications you could start with to increase the acceleration and/or top speed of the scooter, such as changing-out the stock roller weights in the variator and removing the restrictor in the variator (if there is one).

Speed notwithstanding, I hope your daughter enjoys her awesome new scooter!

Here`s one in FINLAND. I have white one, or actually it`s my daughters, but before she has age to drive it, I and we have driven with that together :).
There is two ways to drive scooter: right and wrong!

Hi Folks, I've just bought one for my wife (and me ;)) and I live in Portugal.  We got a bargain, but with a lot of kms, so I'm in the process of servicing it completely.  Can anyone tell me a good place to buy Sym parts? I've seen a good shop online in the UK, but are there any good recommendations out there for parts and info.

Thanks,
Andy
