if you don't plan on removing it you're left with using a siphon or replacing the fuel line with a piece of hose long enough to get outside the bike into whatever container you're putting the old fuel in.  You'd probably need to get the siphon going by the usual means (don't swallow the gas) or using a siphon of some sort anyway.
The advantage of the latter is that you'll have a lower spot on the tank to draw from.
Not sure if that'd get it all though, same with a siphon.
If it uses the same carburetor as the HD there should also be a carb drain screw to empty that as well.

If the bike's running I'd be inclined to take it for a nice long loop to get rid of the bulk of it, but I'm not sure what your circumstance is.

What's the 🇬🇧 version of Harbor Freight (the tool store for the non-professional) with the cheap prices? (

My great-great grandfather sailed to New Orleans (1841) from Liverpool (by way of Prussia) and he left behind a daily journal of the 6 week ordeal...crazy stuff...I know they caught and ate dolphin aboard that sailing ship...poor Flipper🐬 (

One entry decribes how a cook got a little too drunk and failed at his duties...earning him several lashes, which I take to mean he was whipped...not a Carnival Cruise Line trip back in them days 😜

A series of steamboats (one of which had some type of gas leak that blew the windows out of the wheelhouse) took him up the Mississippi River and one of the towns he describes along the way is Hannibal, Missouri, where a 5 year old future steamboat pilot who may have watched it pass by, was residing by the name of Samuel Clemens (known by most as Mark Twain...)
